I have worked in digital design and illustration for over 30 years, building a renowned business designing personalised art and children’s books. I have now returned to traditional painting using various mediums including acrylic, oil, coloured pencil, ink and pastel. I work on gesso panels, wood and raw linen, building up layers of texture using bold brushmarks and splashes of contrasting colour. I paint still life and landscape, especially the coasts of North and South Devon and was recently a wildcard entry in Sky Arts Landscape painter of the year.
